I had one single transfer which failed (medium quality blast) and then a double transfer of two top quality blasts (clinic recommended a single transfer but I was convinced it wouldn't work so insisted) which resulted in twins who are Tested at 9dpo today and nothing. Looking for IVF/ICSI cycle 3, donor eggs, two blasts transferred on day 5. Dp days past Dt = day transfer (if the embryo was created in IVF, this refers to how many days it was incubated before being transfered) 3dp5dt is 3 days past 5 day transfer Add those two numbers together and you get the equivalent of dpo which is days post ovulation! I ended up having 3 rounds of IVF - the first time no eggs fertilised, the second I had 2 v poor quality embryos, then they tried something different and I managed to get 4 embryos ranging in quality but all good enough to transfer/freeze. I had a grade 5AA egg with no fertility issues (only doing IVF as husband is in the military so heās away a lot of the time to try and conceive) and it still didnāt implant sadly.
